The one shared list of sailors — add or edit them here, and this same list is what the timer app's "My Boats" picker and the CommodoresCup roster both reference. Uncheck "Member" for guests; CommodoresCup won't count them toward standings.
Boats with no name that don't belong in this regatta — leftover test entries, typos, etc. — can be removed here. Only safe to delete ones with no race results (this won't touch anyone with an actual finish recorded).
For the currently active regatta only — once a regatta is archived, its protests are preserved for the record but can no longer be filed or edited here. A lightweight log per RRS 61/62, not a full hearing system. Set the deadline per your Notice of Race / Sailing Instructions; it's not calculated automatically.
Export everything (current regatta + full archive) to one spreadsheet, or wipe all race data to start the next season clean.
